I'll provide you with practical tools for self-regulation that naturally lead to expansion and empowerment.

• Gestalt Therapy Supervisor

• Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner (SEP) - P.A. Levine's body-oriented approach to healing trauma and stress disorders

• Conscious Dance and Movement Space-Holder

I use a body-oriented approach that combines Gestalt therapy, somatic work, Polyvagal theory, conscious movement, and Reiki. Each person is different, so the work adapts to what you actually need.

What I Offer

Individual & Group Work: Whether you prefer working one-on-one or with others, I create spaces where you can explore and grow at your own pace.

Professional Supervision: For therapists and facilitators who want to deepen their practice and grow professionally. We'll work together to build your confidence, explore challenging cases, and develop your therapeutic presence. This is a supportive space where you can reflect on your work and find your own style. (Supervision hours will be officially accredited by EAGT by the end of 2025.)

Meeting and witnessing people's processes is always a big learning and healing for me too. I believe there is a reason for every meeting. If you are reading this, there is a reason for that too.
