Hello,
I am Agne Diciute, and I'm here to help you find your way to a happier, more embodied, and more joyful life.
I believe in the magic of first steps - small steps that can happen in a safe and supportive environment. This is my main task - to be there for you, to create a safe container and explore new ways of living this life - connected to yourself, your body, and the people around you.
Together we will look for ways to recreate the sense of safety in your body and nervous system, look at the patterns and strategies that you've learned throughout the years, and explore new ways of approaching life. I will provide you with tools for self-regulation that will naturally lead you to expansion and empowerment. Embrace your authenticity through embodied healing, movement, and transformation!
I am a certified Gestalt psychotherapist (EAGT), Gestalt therapy supervisor, conscious dance and movement space-holder, and Somatic Experiencing® practitioner (SEP) (a body-oriented approach to healing trauma and other stress disorders developed by P.A. Levine).
In my work with groups and individual clients, I use a body-oriented approach and combine different techniques (Gestalt therapy, somatic work and Polyvagal theory, conscious movement, and Reiki).
Meeting and witnessing people's processes is always a big learning and healing for me too. I believe there is a reason for every meeting. If you are reading this, there is a reason for that too.
Ready to begin your journey? Contact me if you have any questions and / or schedule a session online. There is also a possibility to meet in person in Vilnius (Lithuania), or in Grosseto (Tuscany, Italy).
Professional Supervision: I offer personal and group supervision to therapists and facilitators who wish to deepen their practice and grow professionally. In our supervision sessions, we'll work together to build your confidence as a therapist, explore challenging cases, and enhance your therapeutic presence. I provide a supportive space where you can reflect on your work and develop your unique therapeutic style. (Note: Supervision hours will be officially accredited by EAGT by the end of 2025).
